The Housekeeper reports the Community Manager and/or the Assistant Manager and/or the Maintenance Supervisor. The Housekeeper is responsible for all phases of apartment cleaning as well preserving the community’s appearance by maintaining the cleanliness of the: models, welcome center offices, pool cabanas, laundry rooms, mail rooms, and recreation areas on a daily basis.


The Housekeeper is responsible for safely maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the community. The Housekeeper delivers cleaned apartments in a timely manner to meet the schedules of managements leasing efforts. The Housekeeper cleans all common areas and vacated apartments. This includes interior and immediate exterior of apartments. Housekeepers perform duties as assigned by their supervisor and should inform management of the necessity to order supplies as well as any over-site pertaining to the maintenance of the community. 


The willingness to deliver excellent customer service as an important part of the community team to provide a high quality living environment is essential. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to safely operate small hand tools and mechanical equipment. Individuals with an excellent attitude and willingness to learn will be given consideration. High School diploma preferred. Drug test, criminal/credit background check and reliable transportation required.
